For our approach to finding solutions we use our own or commonly accepted methods.

IMS1
Base of the IMS1 methodology is:

  • IMS1 MODEL, that structures company’s activities and processes into a dynamic structure – system of processes. These are further specified by structured lists of respective activities and typology of contextual frames of their management and mutual connections. Selected areas of activities and processes in the IMS1 model have a typology of descriptions of basic varieties of professionally methodological, organisational and informational solutions

  • IMS1 PROGRESS guarantees that internal and external experts are co-ordinated in dealing with their respective expertise on an interdisciplinary base and with mutual links starting with the vision to objectives, problem analysis, solutions and finally output evaluation

The aim of IMS1 is:

  • an efficient advance in optimisation of firm´s processes and activities including the advance of implementation of information and communication technologies

  • maintain a mutual harmony of individual systems of management in real time and with acceptable costs

  • substantial, permanent and efficient development of management and a noticeable enhancement of the company’s functioning

The basic professional approach to the development and integration according to the methodology of IMS1 fully respects requirements of ISO and TMQ norms and other common „management tools“. We stress the overall interdisciplinary interconnection of processes, integrated informational support of processes and secures an optimal organisational and personnel arrangement.

BSC (Balanced Score Card)
Balanced Score Cards (BSC) is a commonly accepted methodology that secures the transformation of strategies and visions into objectives with clearly measurable outputs on all levels (with tasks and objectives for all co-workers on all levels), divided into 4 points of view (customer’s, financial, procedural and educationally-developmental).
