Form 1

Form 1 is a software tool for management of relations in an organisation and for control of processes and activities. It enables simply and clearly to create a plan for the personnel management and for requirements of work positions. It supports introducing, maintaining and improvement of the quality management system, environmental management system, work security management system and information systems. It is also a user-friendly tool that is easy to operate and maintain. Form 1 is distributed by the Bit421 Company in the Czech and the Slovak Republics.

Form 1 enables:

• to work out general descriptions of jobs and activities in detail, including lists of activities and competencies

• to simulate and describe the distribution of activities and competencies between the function types

• to present the employees a clear overview of current organisational relations and links on all organisational levels

• to continuously simulate business and management processes

• to continuously optimise activities and processes from the professional, informational, processual and organisational point of view

• in detail but without high administration costs to model variations of extensive changes in division of activities, competencies and processes and their potential impact on the organisational documentation

• to elaborate links between competencies, responsibilities and activities and other units
