It is the last phase of the optimisation of Enterprise Architecture. It represents a stage of introducing suggested and selected models and procedures into the everyday functioning of an organisation.
Within this stage, with the help of timetables and organisational norms we introduce changesinto processes of the organisation and follow up their expected effect.

This is the most demanding stage among all phases of the Enterprise Architectureoptimisation. Keystones enhancing the suggested assets are sufficient communication within the organisation and support of appropriate information tools (like intranets, collaboration platforms, DMS apod.).

The aim is:

• efficient optimisation of the organisation on all levels, including aims, according to suggested models and plans

• enhance the successfulness of the organisation in the changing inner and outer (competitive) environment

• through directed development introduce a change of processes and activities

Assets could be:

• updating of the organisations´ vision and its strategic objectives

• practical implementation of the strategy into objectives and tasks on individual levels of the organisation

• overview of sources of the organisation and their real-time management

• targeted and efficient change of the enterprise culture without superfluous additional costs

• establishing of an information base shared by a wide range of users

• optimisation of business, production and supporting processes
