Enterprise Analysis
We carry out the Enterprise Analysis as the first phase of Enterprise Architecture.
It represents a detailed view of the current state of the art in your company, the role of the employees; it maps strategic aims and decisions, sources and processes in a form of a standardised modelling language and model structures.
On the base of data evaluation and collection it quantifies parameters for managing, monitoring and feedback.
The aim is:
- mapping of the current state of the art of the organisation, tracking down of all substantial links and mutually interconnected factors 
- identification of the strategy and its acceptance on all levels of the company’s structure 
- quantification of the efficiency of individual areas of the company 
- clear identification of job descriptions and roles of employees within the company structure 
- clear definition of material, information and management flow within the company 
- securing of priorities in connection to growth limiting factors 
Assets could be:
- identification of realistic motivation on various levels of the organisation’s structure 
- objective view on the currant functioning of the organisation 
- localisation of doubled or overlapping activities 
- creation of a dynamic map of the organisational structure 
- complex view of present logistic - delivery and storage - processes
