Magement Coaching
We offer Management Coaching as a personalised/tailored method of the personal development of managers that is based on interventions of the personal manager’s coach.
The aim of these interventions is to provide feedback to a manager in various areas that influence the efficiency and productivity of the managerial thinking and behaviour.
It is being carried out during a given period of time when the manager is observed in various situations by the coach. They discuss these situations, possible approaches and solutions of individual problems and together they conclude for possible directions of the development of the manager.
