Organization Development
Carrying out the "Organisation Development" we design an all over development of the whole organisation characterised by:
- the first „step change” in the functioning and behaviour of the organisation (we use methods Change Management, Reengineering, Enterprise Architecture, Knowledge management) 
- continuous improvement of details of the whole system (Kaizen elements)
