E-learning

E-learning as a training form enables the employees to quickly assimilate new information and learn new skills to be able to compete in the changing economical and social environment.

BIT421 company uses E-learning as one of three training forms (see training). E learning is integrated as a form of "training mix" in individual training programmes. Trainings and training programmes are combined in systems of activities to make an optimal "training mix" of formats, levels, orientations and contents.

The aim is:

  • to create an e-learning interactive training system that would significantly support the efficiency of „classical” face-to-face trainings and training activities

  • follow-up of the knowledge base of the employees
