We use training next to Management coaching(focused on TOP managers) as a basic way of extending knowledge and skills of the employees.
Training and namely training programmes are a basic personnel development activity and an essential part of the Organisational Development. Individual trainings and training programmes design is based on an exact specification of the needs of your organisation.
